D-Day 65th anniversary Pictures of the Ranville ceremonies |

On
June 5 and 6,
2009, were held at Ranville commemorations in memory of the Anglo-Canadian
airdrops which occurred on the night from June
5 to June
6, 1944. Veterans, mostly English and Canadian paratroopers of the
6th Airborne Division, were numerous and they have attended several
ceremonies at the military cemetery. |
