Weyax,
I'm curious to know your sources about this. From what I could find, 157. Gebirgs-Division was created in September 44 in Northern Italy and 5. GB fought in Italy in 1944 and in particular at Monte Cassino.

However, Art.-Regt. 191. of 91.LLD was indeed created from the Artillerie Abteilung of Grenadier-Regiment 1025. and from a Reserve-Gebirgs-Artillerie-Regiment. This explains in particular the presence of 10,5 cm GebH.40 mountain guns in AR 191.

The 91.LL was fighting with the GvB in the Cotentin, I think the picture was taken around Carentan.
Without a date, it is difficult to pinpoint the location of many German units: Art.-Regt 191 for instance retreated towards the south of the Cotentin peninsula and continue participating to the Battle of Normandy in July and August 44.
