2017 D-Day Commemorations photos
WW2 military vehicles gathered on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the Normandy landing at the famouse Pegasus Bridge, assaulted by the airlanding soldiers of the 6th Airborne Division under the command of Major John Howard. Royal Navy speedboats which took part in Operation Neptune were exhibited on the canal near the modern bridge.
